I would like to add "Dutch Oven" to your list (though the Le Creuset bakeware probably encompasses this item.) I have run into this item in several recipes in this past 6 year using a Ina Garten cookbook...which I have improvised with messy results. Btw - her Back To Basic cookbook is excellent. ;)
